Meditation                              


Since ancient time, people have been meditating. Buddha even attained enlightenment through meditation (under the bodhi tree).
Meditation brings inner peace and awareness in our daily life, which is getting faster and more hectic everyday. Therefore it is not surprising that an increasing number of persons find their way to a yoga centre or a still-sitting meditation.

Meditation can be done in various ways: most common is the meditation pose with the legs crossed (Lotus position). The right pose of the body is necessary especially during longer sitting meditation sessions. Meditation cushions (also called zafu, or seifu) support the back and pelvis when sitting. Cushions consequently enable the back to be kept straight.

Meditation Cushions


In 2007 we started with the fabrication of meditation cushions by ourselves. Our mission: to provide high quality meditation cushions at an affordable price. To date this is still our mission.

The meditation cushion has proven such a great success, that we started to import the cushions from Nepal.
