The cushions (zafu or seifu) are 30 cm (in diameter) by 12 cm (height). They are filled with buckwheat hulls. Inside the cushion is a separate pillow case with buckwheat hulls, which implies that the amount of buckwheat can be easily adjusted at all times. In addition the outer cover can be removed and washed without difficulty.

The cushions are supplied with a zipper and a fabric handle for a fixed grip. They are supplied in six colours.
